Turn one idea into a week of useful content.

A simple batching workflow to plan, draft and review content without starting from scratch every day.

Begin with a real question

Choose one question your audience asks repeatedly. Write a direct answer in your own words, then gather a relevant example and a reliable source. That small collection becomes the core brief for your batch.

Create three distinct angles

Turn the answer into a short explanation, a step-by-step checklist and an example of the technique in practice. Each piece should help someone on its own. Rephrasing the same opening three times adds less value than answering three related questions.

Separate drafting from scheduling

Draft the pieces together while the context is fresh. Review them in a separate pass for accuracy, voice and clarity. Only then decide when each piece belongs in your calendar. Keep source links with the draft so they are easy to check.

Leave room for a conversation

A plan is a starting point. Reserve space to respond to questions and current conversations. After the batch goes out, note the questions people ask and use those as inputs for your next brief.
