Hunter Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: 27 October 2026

About HunterPrivacyTermsAll apps

Using Hunter

These terms govern Hunter, provided by Relay Solutions, for finding jobs, tailoring application materials and managing or submitting job applications. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Contact info@relaysolutions.net about these terms.

Accounts and authority

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You remain responsible for your authorised workspace members and the instructions supplied through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Access may depend on invitation, capacity limits or eligibility checks.

Your instructions and automation

Features may research, generate, schedule or carry out actions according to your saved settings. Enabling automation authorises the corresponding actions within those settings, which can continue without reviewing every item. Check your inputs and settings before enabling it. Pause or disconnect a feature when you no longer want it to operate. Actions already sent, published or submitted may not be reversible.

Only apply for yourself or someone who has authorised you. Keep qualifications, employment history, work authorisation and application answers truthful. Review your profile, tailored documents and automation settings. Do not fabricate credentials, submit fraudulent applications or bypass an employer’s access restrictions.

Your content and generated output

You retain your rights in the material you provide. You grant Relay Solutions permission to host, copy, process, adapt and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and carry out your instructions, including through necessary service providers. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that processing.

Subject to third-party rights and provider terms, you may use outputs generated for you. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique or infringing; review them before use. These terms do not transfer third-party copyright or guarantee ownership of every output. You must not upload unlawful material, trade secrets you cannot disclose, or personal data without an appropriate basis.

Connected services

Google, social networks, email providers, job boards, employers and other connected services have their own rules and availability. You must follow those rules and the permissions you grant. A connection can expire, be restricted or be revoked. Relay is not endorsed by those providers unless expressly stated. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, platform restrictions, verification challenges or another person’s account permissions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, impersonation, malicious code, credential theft, unauthorised surveillance or infringement of rights. Do not disrupt the service, access another customer’s data, evade usage limits or reverse engineer private credentials or security controls. We may investigate reports and restrict or suspend activity reasonably necessary to protect people, the service or connected platforms.

Privacy and other people’s information

Our Hunter Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You are responsible for the lawful collection and use of personal information you bring to the service and for notices or permissions required for your own activities. Where you determine the purposes of processing third-party information, you may be its controller; these terms do not replace any separate data-processing agreement required for that relationship.

Availability, pricing and changes

Features are subject to capacity, provider quotas, reasonable usage limits and technical availability. Free features may change or be discontinued. If paid features are introduced, prices, renewal terms and any cancellation conditions will be shown before purchase; these terms do not authorise an undisclosed charge. Applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights remain available.

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice, with prospective effect and any notice or consent required by law. If you do not accept a material change, stop using the affected feature and contact us about closing your account.

Accuracy and results

We do not guarantee interviews, employment, employer responses, successful submission on every portal, or the accuracy of third-party vacancies. Hunter assists applicants; employers make recruitment decisions.

AI output, public research and third-party information require your own judgement. The service is not legal, financial, employment or other regulated professional advice. We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Responsibility and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Relay is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user instructions, unauthorised use outside our reasonable control, independent third-party services or results that were not promised. For business users, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses or loss of anticipated profit arising from those matters.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies take precedence over inconsistent terms.

Suspension, closure and disputes

You may stop using the service, disable automation, revoke connected-account access and request account closure by contacting info@relaysolutions.net. Request any available export before closure. We may restrict or close access for a material breach, unlawful activity, security risks or discontinuation, with notice where reasonably possible and lawful. Closure does not recall material already delivered to third parties; retained records are described in the privacy policy.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable mandatory law, statutory remedies and any right to use your local competent courts remain unaffected. No provision requires you to waive rights that applicable law protects.
